Jogging

My husband asked me just now if I want to go jogging with him. Oh, with my coughing condition? I would rather sleep, huh! My husband is taking it easy on his diet because he looks ugly when he is thin. Thus, to combat a lifestyle disease, he chose to exercise. He did not exercise before. Now, that is one of his regular activities.

Cough, please leave me

Everybody is coughing at home and that includes me. I am finished taking up antibiotics but still the bugging cough is here. Dirt is not good

Dust is not good. It is actually dirt. It can cause many diseases. I, myself seems allergic to it as I have been having this dry cough. The doctor said so when I went for check up. Deep worry

I could not sleep because I am observing my child. He is into pain as he told me a while ago. I am in deep worry. I pray to God that He heals my son. I am thankful that my son could already express what he feels. I am afraid at the same time. I do not want him to get sick.

Pounding headache
