Offline!

How would you feel if it is already your turn and the system went offline! That happened to me today as I was about to request for the disconnection of our telephone line. Uh,oh...I wondered how long it would take. I still had to go to office. Good thing it was only for five minutes. The crowd was already pacified as there was one irate lady already "blabbing" that only one counter was working before it went off line. Whew!

Make both ends meet

My friend told me a few months ago about the opportunity in blogging. She said that her friend resigned from her job and go writing online full time and big time! She was in bed rest then because of her pregnancy. At first, I thought I will have no time for that because I am working in the office and what I would like to do getting home or during my rest days is actually rest. I also have to do some laundry and house cleaning. But then again, I realized, why not give it a try? The rest is history and I am blogging already for quite sometime now.

The market is not that generous though as I have made earning through blogging a second source. Not until I joined SocialSpark.There are many advertisers in this community and you can even make friends with them.If one opportunity is marked red which means your blog is not qualified, you can still send a request and who knows, you might just get that sponsorship that you want.

There are many Mommy bloggers in the blogosphere and I am encouraging all of you to join Social Spark. Besides the fact that there are many opportunities available that you can choose from, you will be able to meet so many other people. The more the merrier.

I am also a Mommy blogger. Now that my son is growing up, I am thinking of staying at home to follow him every step of the way. But, I need to work also because of our financial needs. Blogging together with Social Spark is a good option for me. Actually, even though if I am just a part time blogger so to speak, those given by Social Spark to me to write about have been a big help for us to make both ends meet.

Time management

I wrote in the feedback form that I have not being able to manage my time lately. Well, I did not put there the adjustments that I am still on living in a new place. I know that it cannot be an excuse to my tardiness. Only the May performance was discussed but I already put there that I also have lates for June. I hope that I can make it this July and have an early bird, perhaps.

Weekend Snapshot- Dessert!

Dessert,anyone? Healthy or not? You can see some fruits like watermelon (my favorite!), pineapple, melon, and papaya.Then there is pudding with milk and cake! Hmnnn.Yummy! That is what you get when you go for eat all you can restos...even if you do not usually eat much dessert as you usually do, you will get as many to get your money's worth. Am I right or am I wrong?

By the way, I missed it last week. I saw it today that I am one of the featured blogs last week but I was not able to join. There was no power because of the typhoon Frank.

Allergic to office

Oh, how bad the cough could be that it is because of being allergic to the office? I always tell my officemates that I am seemed allergic to dust. Well, the carpet flooring in our building is already 6-7 years old! Really! Even though those are being cleaned from time to time, I think that they have to be replaced already. I have been coughing like a dog for the past week and it is really uncomfortable. When I am at home, I do not experience the same thing.Hmmmnnn…Allergic to office? Nah! I do not want a vacation! Change the carpets!

Widen your horizons

Almost IT engineers in the company that I am working for have resigned and went abroad a few years ago. My friend’s husband is one of them. She told us how much higher the IT professional are getting in other countries. That is why, her husband continues to purchase books, study online, and attend seminars. When you are in the information technology field, there is always something new. You can never be left behind or else, someone better can always replace you.

My friend, together with their daughter joined her husband already. They have been traveling from one country to another because offers that come in are on project basis. Their goal though is to stay in United States for good. That is why, to go with the competition, his hubby is thinking of getting a Cisco certification. That way, he will be able to know what level he is in and what improvements are to be done. His horizons will really be widened because of the so many certification programs available at Cisco. If he wants to become a specialist in telecommunication technology such as IP telephony and wireless, it is available too.Only the best training programs are available.

There are really limitless possibilities in Information Technology. I can say that it is an IT world nowadays and even in the future. Everything can be computerized at present and it will be more sophisticated in the future, I am sure of that! So, if you would like a new career path, go to this field and you can never go wrong.
