We have team mates in the office that have been in the company for three years. Yes, still contractuals! I do not know why they have not been absorbed. Companies nowadays have this policy of no regularization. I think it is a form of labor abuse also. People can do nothing but to stay or have no job at all.
There is a news that there will even be more layoffs this year. I hope they will just do that in the beginning of the year for a real new start both for the employee and for the employer.
