Toothbrushing and Dieting

brushing teeth My boss is now size zero. She went into a gym and had a very healthy diet. I wish I have the same discipline. She admits though that she had hunger pangs. Whenever that attacks, she said that she just brushes her teeth. Imagine that! What is the relation of brushing teeth to dieting and eventually becoming size zero? I was size 8 and a bloating size 22 right now!
